42 Degrees Shelter

The 42 Degree Shelter was first opened in the  winter of 2010 in response to an unprecedented cold snap. We have begun our third season with the  opening of the shelter on January 2, 2012.

This outreach ministry is active during the winter months only. Since its doors opened the shelter has been open over 58 nights.

Each person is provided with food, shelter and a willing ear.

We are just begining to hit the hard cold of the winter season.  At least two people are needed each night we are open. Of the two, one person helping at the shelter must be a member of the Church and for security at least one must be a male.

Doors open - 7:00pm

Be in by 12:00 midnight

Out by 7:00 am
